Communication and Conflict Management
The Sector Security Communication and Conflict Management course has been developed so it can be delivered directly after the Door Supervision or Static & Patrol Security Guarding courses but candidates also have the option to attend it as a standalone course.
The one day course has been structured for those people who require a conflict management qualification as part of their SIA license application, or anyone whose role potentially takes them into conflict situations.
The course also meets SIA and NOCN training requirements to obtain the SIA front line door supervisor license.
