    Where Will My Keys Be Stored?
    All our keyholder and alarm response clients have their keys carefully coded, and secured within the regional control room. Control rooms are manned 24/7 365 days a year and keys are only issued when a response is needed whether it be an alarm activation or other incident. In the event of a call out our professionally trained officers are issued with the keys. They will thoroughly check your property for damage or forced entry. Should your alarm be activated accidentally, the officers will re-set your alarm and secure your premises. After the incident all activity is recorded in event logs, copies of which are available to the client and the keys are logged back in at the regional control room.
